If you’re looking for a beautiful, unusual and fairly traded gift for yourself or a loved one, then you’ve come to the right place. Our bags are handmade in Nepal and Ghana by disadvantaged women. The leather and Suede selection is sourced from a fairtrade supplier in the UK. At their production centre in Kathmandu, they work with young women who had previously been trafficked as children and subsequently rescued by the Esther Benjamin Trust. The women produce handmade designer led fair trade handbags and access to secure ,well paid employment, accommodation and good working conditions. The cotton bags collection is sourced directly from Ghana from a non-profit Fairtrade organisation assisting women in Africa to become economically independent.
