Through the art collection, Twiga Gifts aims to promote the work of artists in developing countries, enabling them to access international markets and promoting cultural exchange. This collection is by Ajaya Deshar who is described as a “young and promising artist of a new generation from Chapapoon Lalit Pur district, Katmandu in Nepal.” He utilises his artistic abilities to promote and express the cultural and natural identity of Nepal. Most of his work is focused on the landscape and people around him and is done in water colour or charcoal. He has had three solo exhibitions including one in the UK , ‘Reflections of Nepal 2010’. Ajaya also does voluntary work in the remote areas of Nepal and donates 25% of the proceeds of his art to the charities he works with. The paintings can be supplied mounted, not mounted, or framed. THE PRICES QUOTED ARE FOR ART WITHOUT MOUNTING OR FRAME. Please contact us if you want the painting mounted or framed. Art & Batiks
